SilkStart was a lifesaver for our organization
What do you like best? The implementation process was straight forward and the support team was exceptional. We are a non profit organization run by volunteers that found ourselves in the position of having to take over membership from a paid management organization. Easy to Setup and Train
What do you like best? Great support, easy to add content with simple layouts, easy to train team, ability to send emails from system and track memberships What do you dislike? Calendar could be better (able to send invites, show different ways) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The organization I set up on SIlkStart had a WordPress site, CRM and MailChimp -- this helped them move everything into one system.

Great experience and features, excellent customer service
What do you like best? Using SilkStart has automated our Association processes in so many incredible ways! Being able to send/schedule emails, set up events, communicate with certain membership levels/groups, and clone everything for future use. It also has great reports to track membership and churn. What do you like best? The customization features that we needed in order to meet the needs of the Family Navigator Network. What do you dislike? We did not encounter anything that we did not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a membership based portal to access resources and information sharing to serve families. The confidentiality component of it is great.

My Experience With SilkStart
What do you like best? I have enjoyed using SilkStart. The learning curve was not too steep since the system is so intuitive. I have enjoyed its CRM and creating events and newsletters in the system. What do you like best? Relatively easy way to maintain membership and communications about renewals. It also allows us to create reports of active and inactive members. What do you dislike?
