It has been a nightmare...

It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I have told them that I have wanted to cancel for months now. They refuse to be professional. They have since charged me multiple times against my wishes and have not given me the chance to even speak with someone who "has the power" to cancel my account. I wouldn't even recommend this shady company to my enemies..

Terrible business practices!

What do you like best? Was easy to set up my sites with initially, but that's all. What do you dislike? They won't let you cancel your account without a huge off-boarding process. They tell you your account manager is not available and they continue to charge you. They literally refuse to cancel your account without making it extremely difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am no longer using them.

What do you like best? Being able to streamline my process and get all of my media in one place What do you dislike? Lack of a comprehensive tutorial. Great for fully automated review collecting

This is an updated review. I had a lot of issues with them initially, but they sorted it out, so I'm updating my review to reflect this.Ultimately, the system isn't what we're looking for and it's not as customizable as what we're looking for, but they have a good model and definitely would be a great solution for most businesses.
