"Streamlined our Fraud Detection and Chargeback Process"
What do you like best about Signifyd? Our pass-through rate has improved without any degradation of the customer experience. A big plus is also that we're now hands-off chargeback responses. All we had to do was provide a CRM link; it was that easy.

What do you like best about Signifyd? Signifyd takes the investigative work out of placing orders. As an online reseller, we have had issues with chargebacks and losses associated. We found Signifyd and were able to quickly set up the integrations with NetSuite. We are saving time not investigating questionable orders, and letting Signifyd make the decision for us. What do you like best about Signifyd? The interface is easy to use! I also appreacite the bullet points of why someone is denied. I can quickly understand what's going on and what action is needed on my part.
