Cost effective remote access software

What do you like best? Price. We were using the application for free for a while but wanted a more professional solution. Paying a low monthly fee gave us our own hosted page and specific version users could download. It was easy to implement into our application as well. It's ok ... in a pinch... if you have no other choice available

What do you like best? ShowmyPC offers a free version of their remote control software that allows us to get into someones computer (with their permission and access codes. It is regularly updated and it works. There is a premium version available. We use it as a last resort when our regular tools fail. What do you dislike? Works great in Windows and needs some work for MACs

What do you like best? Capability to host partly in-house and a great help for non-profit organizations with many volunteers tech needs. What do you dislike? It can be somewhat difficult to use with MAC support since it requires JAVA. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tech support for volunteer and customers. Easy to install with over the phone instructions.
