"Easy to use and organize the things that need to be done. Also easy to collaborate with peers."

What do you like best about Shortcut? You can put things in different statuses so it's easy to organize. Also love that you can tag people from your team. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Can be confusing to find past tickets if they were a long time ago. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Use it to connect with our engineers that help fix bugs in the software. It helps keep track of what they are working on and what they have fixed.

"Great way to collaboratively manage a software project"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Short is great, I love the power search features that allow you to easy filter down onto tickets that are important to a given context. I also find shortcuts to provide interactions that support better collaboration within a team, for example, you can assign two owners to one ticket—allowing people to pair on work easily. "Works as advertised"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Tracking issues and work orders is easy. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Notifications can be better. Sometimes I'm not sure if a ticket I was working on was updated. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Its better than other products I've used. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Workflow is much easier now than before.

"Useful tool"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the template feature. This feature makes my job very easy as I have to submit many tickets for onboarding purposes. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish the labels were more straightforward. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? I submit shortcut tickets to request bugs be fixed in the product. I also use templates to request new members be added to internal systems.

"Shortcut - Provides all of the required functionality of a good project tracking solution."

What do you like best about Shortcut? I enjoy the easy-to-use interface the most. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I would like for improvements on the UX side of things, I find it annoying that if I accidentally click on space around a project, it reverts to the dashboard. "Amazingly helpful tool to track tasks through time"
