What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut has been a great application for the company I work for. We’ve used it for the last few years as a smaller start-up company but I can see how this would be very beneficial for a larger scale company as well. "I love how shortcut allows to me to know exactly where i'm needed and what. my team is working on!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love how stories are able to be extremely concise and simple and also complex and have relationships and blockers. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish there was a better view to track my progress as an individual across the team. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Shortcut? The best part of shortcut is the intuitive UI and the easy way to have everyone collaborating in backlog management. What do you like best about Shortcut? We love the workflows and filters. It's great that I don't worry about losing state on new tickets. What do you dislike about Shortcut? When the app is down ! We rely on the ticket threads quite a bit to resolve issues. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives us a clear idea of what's in progress for our iterations and who is assigned or looking into what.

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love that I can review my tickets, and also what my team has submitted for review. I also like that I can easily search for what the issue I am experiencing is by using tags and keywords. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I do not dislike anything about Shortcut.
