"Simplicity with function!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut makes managing our sprints easy. As a non-engineering user of Shortcut, I can quickly find what I need to understand where we are at on our most important initiatives. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Shortcut might lack some of the specific complexities of its competitors. But truthfully, the simplicity makes it more functional. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Shortcut to manage sprints and customer ...

"Intuitive and always improving"

What do you like best about Shortcut? It is flexible enough to use it in different ways depending on one's needs. For example, I'm not in Engineering, but I interact with them often and Shortcut facilitates communication that is efficient for everyone. It is easy to find recent tickets and keep track of comments and updates. What do you dislike about Shortcut? It's pretty clearly designed for engineering teams. This is not a negative thing, but since I'm not an engineer there are loads of ...

"Slows down my entire laptop"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how your logo is blue; blue is one of my favorite colors. What do you dislike about Shortcut? There seems to be a memory leak in the web application that slows my computer down dramatically when I have a Shortcut tab open. If I have multiple tabs open, the slowdown becomes even more apparent. I often find myself needing to open up my Activity Monitor and force kill Shortcut tabs to keep my laptop from freezing up Recommendations to others ...

"Intuitive and Versatile Kanban Board"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Coming from Jira,Shortcut feels considerably more streamlined and intuitive. With Jira, I would frequently get lost in the options available, and sometimes my progress would get lost with a page reload or as I moved in and out of internet coverage. Shortcut gives me only the options I need and is much more responsive, saving my progress automatically. I know Shortcut intimately, whereas Jira was always a black box, even though I've only been using ...

"Great Project Management Tool"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like having a custom workflow for projects that allows me and my team to effectively track where we are in the process of multiple things at one time. This is by far the best option I have found for my business without breaking our bank. What do you dislike about Shortcut? My least favorite thing about Shortcut is how cluttered things can become with many projects happening at once. For my purposes, there are some features that are not needed, so a ...

"I'm using shortcut from over a year. It's saves a lot of time to manage skills & pretty easy to use."

What do you like best about Shortcut? Realtime changes, like synching with Github. What do you dislike about Shortcut? If we create a GitHub branch from the story, the branch name should be persistent, even after updating the story title. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: yes, I would recommend this to my friends. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? It's tickets management,

"Great Product!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love that Shortcut allows me the space to organize my thoughts. I think moreso than Asana, this platform allows for organization and collaboration with images and words. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wouldn't say I like that Shortcut doesn't have a Calendar view for incidents. If I am trying to track trends, there is no Calendar view that allows me to do so. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Nope What problems is Shortcut solving ...
