What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut is a great fit for our agile teams and serves as a highly effective collaboration platform for our product and engineering teams. The new Docs feature was thoughtfully designed and is a real delighter. We use it for our PRD's and can easily link it to stories and epics. What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the ability to organize my bodies of work into sensible groups and connect the pieces together. The integrations with other common tools such as github are wonderful as well. What do you dislike about Shortcut? There are a lot of customizations that can be done but it becomes quite a chore to learn how to use the tool properly and utilize the customizations. "Easy to use compared to some of the competition"

What do you like best about Shortcut? It's very simple and integrates into many things. You can attach cases to Zendesk via their integration option, and this helps the support team escalate bugs to engineers with ease. What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? I love Clubhouse because it's really organized, and it gives you a lot of options to classify the requests based on the nature of the issue/request. You can add followers to every story and everyone will get notified if there are any comments added. It is very easy to find the stories ''requested by me'' and you can have a clear picture of what state each request is at. What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? I've used a lot of project management software tools (Jira, Waffle, Pivotal Tracker) and this one just gets it right. It's intuitive, fast and has all the features I want. Also, it doesn't require a ton of configuration to get going. What do you dislike about Shortcut? The only complaint I have is that the Iterations list and detail views are a bit difficult to use. The list view needs to be simpler and the detail view could find a better way to show ...
