"Not as good as Jira"

What do you like best about Shortcut? It took a while to get used to it, and it now serves our team's needs. Hard to say what I like best. I prefer Jira for several reasons and feel I am constantly comparing. It is ok to show a roadmap view and once you figure it out, you can navigate based on a hierarchy of Tasks -> Stories -> Epics -> Milestones. That is beneficial for planning and running sprints and stand up with the teams. I do like how when you have all your stories pointed out, the ...

"Handy and functional Sprint management tool"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the layout and intuitive user interface What do you dislike about Shortcut? It seems inconsistent in that some dialogue boxes remain unsaved until 'save' is clicked, others are updated live Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Build Epics by building Stories with tasks and then promoting What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Sprint planning and workload management through projects

"Shortcut is effective and beautiful"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the appearance and ease of use of the application. I even build a CLI for it. What do you dislike about Shortcut? The workflows are powerful but when you start you don't always know what they are good for. We have 3 totally different workflows and I would like to see oru tasks aggregated across them. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Planning different projects is easy with shortcut. Tracking progress, flagging ...

"A Clean and Easy-to-use Agile-friendly Project Management Tool"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Without a doubt the cleanest and easiest-to-understand agile project management system. In particular the filters, the navigation, and the interactions are much more simple than some alternative tools. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't believe the platform is as rich as pivotal or Jira, but it more than does enough for the majority of teams, and they are still growing and adding features. I did like it branded "clubhouse," though. What ...

"Intuitive, even for a new PM!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? For someone who as recently became a PM, it was very refreshing to be able to jump into Clubhouse and very easily hit the floor running. It is very easy to understand the interface. Everything from creating epics and stories, to collaborating with teammates to complete sprints. Now that we are working remotely, it is important for us to be able to notify each other and collaborate seamlessly. This is especially true because we are all working in ...

"Extremely useful to track product requests, great UI!"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Navigation is very intuitive, searching through stories historically makes it possible for me and the team to be able to see when a product change was requested, QA-ed, and launched. Creating a story and using labels to tag stakeholders and the impact of the change is a piece of cake! The notifications I get on stories that I'm tagged make it very easy to be up to date on what phase the product request is! What do you dislike about Shortcut? Nothing, in ...

"Project Management made easy"

What do you like best about Shortcut? The scope of information that a user can add to a ticket is beneficial. In addition, the ability to create a custom roadmap for your development cycles allows for appropriate customization. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Do not use the product out-of-the-box but rather customize the product to fit the user. What problems is Shortcut solving ...

"handy helpful and convenient project management platform"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like the intuitive design and user interface the most, not like JIRA, there are no tricky places and hidden settings, you can easily find whatever you need to add notes, comments, descriptions to projects (stories). You can also build epics to nest stories under those to get everything organized. The interface looks a little like Asana, but I like the UX design better. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I think as the project number and the team ...

"A mixed Workflow"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Clubhouse iterations filter allows me to understand team throughput and sprint development at a glance. It's usefull to the understanding of velocity at a higher level What do you dislike about Shortcut? The way clubhouse separates visualizations using filters is really confusing for product managers dealing with multiple squads. Clubhouse already has multiple visualizations (iterations, epics, stories), the filter layer adds unnecessary confusion ...
