"Nice alternative to Jira, but lacking some features still"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how filtering works in short cut - it seems much easier to find stories in shortcut than previously. Also, they are releasing new features quickly, which is a huge plus! What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? It's a good mix between trello and Jira. Not too bulky, just enough features. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Ran into issues adding people. Could use some work there. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Team management on a small startup. No benefits yet, early days so far.

It can be hard to navigate without a good project manager, but unique project/task naming helps because then you can use the search function to find what you're looking for. What do you like best about Shortcut? It is visually very appealing and has a lot of different settings. What do you dislike about Shortcut? It can be confusing for someone using JIRA to figure out how to use Shortcut. It is not intuitive to learn and card can fall through the cracks for different teams. "Shortcut - good for tracking tasks and communicating between teams"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how you can create templates for specific issues and how you can "follow" other tickets to watch their progress. The templates are very helpful for time and the "follow" function is great for coworking and monitoring issues that touch multiple teams. What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? Color coding, assigning to people/teams/certain visual cues. What do you dislike about Shortcut? A lot to be honest- I find it's very busy and not super easy to navigate. I would love to see more info by just hovering over a card instead of clicking in and out.
