"Nice alternative to Jira, but lacking some features still"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how filtering works in short cut - it seems much easier to find stories in shortcut than previously. Also, they are releasing new features quickly, which is a huge plus! What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't particularly appreciate how tasks on stories do not get their own number, and you cannot add a description or any reproducible steps. We use that feature to track feedback that needs to be fixed on stories, so I will have to slack the ...

"Good for staying organized, but sometimes buggy"

What do you like best about Shortcut? The multiple filters and automatic analytics What do you dislike about Shortcut? Sometimes it can be laggy. For example, today I had issues moving around tickets. Also, sometimes my filters clear out, and I have to apply all the filters again. This can become cumbersome when you have multiple teams/projects/etc. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying organized at work, keeping track of tasks that I have completed or ...

"Pretty great"

What do you like best about Shortcut? It's a good mix between trello and Jira. Not too bulky, just enough features. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Ran into issues adding people. Could use some work there. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Team management on a small startup. No benefits yet, early days so far.

"Good Product"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Short cut's a pretty good project management tool. It's interface is similar to others (like Jira). It can be hard to navigate without a good project manager, but unique project/task naming helps because then you can use the search function to find what you're looking for. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Slow load times and sometimes the search function completely not working really keep this program from being the best it could be. Usually ...

"Overall great for software development teams."

What do you like best about Shortcut? Simple, intutive, always available, good search capability. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Stories view only show stories that are active recently. Absolutely hate it. I want the Stories view to show all stories, even it takes time to load all the stories. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Pls fix the stories view to show ALL stories, Add more HTML markup features in the story description section. What problems is Shortcut solving and ...

"It's okay but could be better"

What do you like best about Shortcut? It is visually very appealing and has a lot of different settings. What do you dislike about Shortcut? It can be confusing for someone using JIRA to figure out how to use Shortcut. It is not intuitive to learn and card can fall through the cracks for different teams. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Just use JIRA What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Not intuitive to use. It could be helpful to have a new user ...

"Shortcut - good for tracking tasks and communicating between teams"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how you can create templates for specific issues and how you can "follow" other tickets to watch their progress. The templates are very helpful for time and the "follow" function is great for coworking and monitoring issues that touch multiple teams. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I dislike that you can't create your own sections within Shortcut. I'm a very visual person and I wish I could customize the view a little more so I could sort ...

"A lot going on"

What do you like best about Shortcut? Color coding, assigning to people/teams/certain visual cues. What do you dislike about Shortcut? A lot to be honest- I find it's very busy and not super easy to navigate. I would love to see more info by just hovering over a card instead of clicking in and out. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? I just add bugs and feature requests as a CSM, I'm glad I don't spend too much time in it. I love project management software but ...
