What do you like best about ShopPop? Excellent customer service. Their team takes the time to make sure you understand how to use all features and what is best for your business. What do you dislike about ShopPop? I feel limited in the ways it can be used. What problems is ShopPop solving and how is that benefiting you? An excellent way to engage with customers in a new and interesting way. Great engagement and building of newsletter base in a comment to message giveaway.

Direct communication with our audience and a novel way of doing something everyone does – connecting music to crowds

What do you like best about ShopPop? Directly contacting fans instantly with a broadcast and the level of access it offers. What do you dislike about ShopPop? Issues with links not updating between test and active messages, sometimes leading to dead links. What problems is ShopPop solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to communicate directly is great, and can offer incredible opportunities, but need to ensure there's always a reward for the user to incentivise.

What do you like best about ShopPop? Their intuitive, easy design which gives a clear 'what you see is what you get' kind of interface. We used POP to turn our Facebook audience into leads. On top of this, the people begind POP are extremely helpful in answering all your questions. What do you dislike about ShopPop? Sometimes I made the mistake of not correcting the messenger bot with the Facebook Messenger ad. Although this is more Facebooks weird interface than POP's. What problems is ...
