I am quite new to using chat platforms for our marketing, but setting up an account with POP went automatically through Facebook authorization and I could quickly create a bot based on some templates and start adding some content. What do you like best about ShopPop? User friendly design of the dashboards, makes it very easy to use . Customer support was excellent, especially 1 on 1 service, which is outstanding ! What do you like best about ShopPop? The data collection feature combined with the Zapier integration makes it really easy to collect data and send it to Gmail and sheets. Customer support also helped me set up some nifty segments as well which was helpful. What do you dislike about ShopPop? Honestly I only use the click to messenger ads through FB for lead gen and then convert/collect data using Pop, but would like to try out some of the other tools as well.
