What do you like best? The interface is easy to learn and intuitive. Any questions you have are quickly answered. What do you dislike? I can easily manage 66 campaigns with precision accuracy. It's also helpful for transitions and YOY planning since all the information is once place.

Excellent tracking of activity and spend

What do you like best? It is such an easy tool to track your spends as well as project activity and work. What do you dislike? Better incorporation if integrated apps in planning and budgeting internally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Budgeting and output work tracking for the most part.

What do you like best? I like the reporting and calendar functions. What do you dislike? The advantage to keeping things in excel is we don't have to pull a report or work with a vendor to hone in for a tailored summary roll up. Shopperations helps to keep things organized but everything is input individually and there's isn't one customizable view where you can make edits while viewing the whole plan, for multiple retailers against each other for example.
