"ORGANIZED AND CLEAR"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey is an interactive shop management tool that aids me in my job everyday. I frequently use this as a Parts Manager. I keep it as detailed as I can when it comes to specific line items. The techs knows what is going on in the shop. Shopmonkey supports the intergatation and implementation of systems at the shop.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Everything is in one place, I don't have to waste time on multiple applications, parts, labor, pay, communication it's all here. My employees can clock in and see what's do be done for the day. We use it constantly. Customer support is quick to get to me. I love that it integrates with quickbooks

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The interface is customizable and managed for the way our shop chooses to organize our workflow. Having easy access to customer support is very helpful as our team learns the ins and outs of the software; the team may not always have a good software solution to solve our issues, but they are always quick to respond.

"Convenient and fast"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like the convenience of having everything in one spot. Also the speed of this process vs the old one is much better. Some minor hiccups when searching some items but over all works well.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Its been really nice checking cars in and sending the customer the check list before starting on their vehicle. Keeping track of the jobs that are dropped off, waiting, in progress has been great. Overall the program is straight forward and easy to use. Implementation was good. Customer support has been great. Integration was relatively easy with thei help.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We are a very small shop run by two owners; Shopmonkey provides a good platform to run our shop with providing many advantages of larger businesses. It is easy to create estimates and jobs for many services. Creating individual service lines with labor, parts, fees, and more is very useful. It has a great layout and w way for everyone in the shop to stay informed and communicate information on open work orders. The ease and frequency we can comminicte to our customers is better than any other platform I have used.
