"Shop Monkey Versatility!"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shop Monkey has provided a user-friendly and good-looking platform for any brick and mortar shop to use. Canned services, parts procurement, scheduling, internal and external communications are all available and easy to find. My favorite part is how easy it is to sort and store all of the labor rates I need to use! Their customer support is fast and helpful, and work through all of the struggles I had with me.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Easily keep track of everything. Easy to communicate with customers, quote, and send bills. Keep track of labor time and parts.

"Shop Monkey for Classic Cars"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shop Monkey is easy to use for both small and big jobs. It's nice to have a place to post photos of customer cars too. I like that I can customize the Workflow page in a way that works best for me, and that I can customize the columns.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey is simple, yet very powerful. It has allowed us to truely stand out in our community and has taken our entire management and customer experience processes to a higher level of professionalism. Our customers do not have to worry about sacrificing the convieniences of electronic communitations and inspections for the quality of a local trusted shop, and our staff doesn't have to sacrifice "big shop" technology for a "small shop" environment.

"Super Efficient, Time Saving and definitely, money making."
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I love how easy it is for me to manage all of my vehicles. All the work that has been completed, what needs to be done and how much it'll cost. I love the facility of integration with quickbooks, and I love the added bonus that all of our work gets reported to carfax. Making estimates is beyond a breeze because of the integration with all of my parts stores as well as seamless connection with Motor Labor guide so I seldom undersell my work and always ...

"Great way to increase you revenue and simplify management."
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I like that it is easy to use and communicate with customers. Approval process give us an ease of mind that we can have proof of authorization, especially on big ticket items. Without a doubt, it has increased our revenue.
