What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shop Monkey has provided a user-friendly and good-looking platform for any brick and mortar shop to use. Canned services, parts procurement, scheduling, internal and external communications are all available and easy to find. My favorite part is how easy it is to sort and store all of the labor rates I need to use! Their customer support is fast and helpful, and work through all of the struggles I had with me.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey is very easy to use, I was able to find my way around the platform in a weeks time. Connecting with customers is made simple with the messaging option. Shopmonkey was the first automotive platform I have been taught to use, I did have to learn how to use our shop's previous application (Workshop) alongside Shopmonkey, and I find Shopmonkey is much easier to use, has more benefits, and has been a great experience so far. What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey works great with keeping track of Customers and their Vehicles. The WorkFlow Section really helps us see what stage the vehicle is in- whether it just got dropped off, if it is in progress or if is completed, this features helps us!
