What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Data and record keeping is excellent. If you have large clientele, system is good to keep record and works performed.

"Easy for techs and service advisors"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We got Shopmonkey at our dealership about six months ago and rolled it out pretty quick and easy. We don't use all the features, but we do use it for invoicing and internal maintenance of our fleet and it works really well. Techs have their own iPads, and update daily. it does have a lot of features that we don't use yet, so will probably be learning more about those features soon.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The links to the customers make for a very pleasant experience and a very seemless interaction from scheduling and previewing estimates to communication and mobile payments those tools are the most noticibly appreciated by my customers and happy customers makes good experiences and increases repeat business!

"Great Software for Business Owners"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey really helps us keep our workflow of vehicles organized and we love that we can have multiple users view things in real time. One of our favorite features is the license plate entry option to pull up all the vehicle and owner info.

"Invoicing pros"
What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Using shopmonkey to invoice and schedul my appointments is so valuable to my company. The inventory managementis easy to keep track of inventory. I haven't used ma y other companies besides reyn olds and reynolds. And i have shopmonkey up there with them!
