"I am loving Shop Monkey!"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We switched to Shop Monkey in March of 2023. We were using Quickbooks beforehand, and let me tell you, I have never been so satisfied with another system since Shop Monkey. It's super easy, compact, and can hold a lot of information, and super easy to navigate through. I love being able to log in anywhere and see what is going on. What do you like best about Shopmonkey? It allows me to make detailed invoices collect payments speak with customers and keep inventory with ease with my limited technical abilities. It is easy to navigate and user-friendly and the staff is always there to answer any questions. I have also stripe the company that does the payment processing was kind enough to offer me a flat rate loan which has worked well and I'm getting ready to take out another would definitely recommend this to any ...

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We love that it keeps a history for our returning customers, it keeps everything organized, and there are multiple profit margin features that are helpful.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? It makes it so much easier to keep track of all our spending and income. Our customers all love the program and how easy it is to use and approve/ decline things. We also can upload photos which is always appreciated.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? What i liked best about shop monkey was the ability to see all your invoices at once and which ones were being worked and waiting for service. I also enjoyed that you could communicate with your clients right from the app.

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I think that the invoicing is the most helpful. It easily splits things in the the categories we need and we are able to accept partial payments and have that reflected on the invoice. Overall the invoicing experience is super useful and easy to use. As an accountant the reporting gives me the information needed to transfer everything over to our accounting software easily.
