It took us almost no time to learn and use in our shop, and when we had questions we got quick and accurate answers via their support system. Most of our jobs are time and materials based. What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We were able to integrate separate systems (Shop Management, CRM, inventory, merchant services, messaging) all into Shopmonkey. By canceling subscriptions to all of these separate services we're saving money and allow the shop to run smoother. Less bouncing between systems eliminates human error as well.
