Ever since Shopkeep became Shopkeep by Lightspeed it's been nothing but problems. Receipt printer not pairing. Scanner not pairing. Literally HOURS on support with no resolution other than "you need to buy all new equipment" Ugh. Do a lot of comparing before you purchase this.

Don't trust the good reviews

Don't trust the good reviews. I'm pretty sure they are fake. We have been with Shopkeep since July 2018. It has NEVER functioned properly. It is impossible to exchange items for other items (a cash refund is the only option because the credit card machines' refund processes have quit working over a year ago). The cost of dealing with this company is outrageous! On top of the high monthly fees, there are equipment costs that will boil your blood. I now have 4 credit card machines and neither ...

Perfect solution for my small business

Have been on shopkeep for 9 months now and couldnt be happier. It is the perfect solution for my small business. The ease of use is great, the customer service is incredible and having shopkeep allowed me to have an online store I setup myself! Would have had to hire a company and pay big money for that I'm sure if not for the ease of integration via shopkeep.

5 Star App with 1 Star customer service

I've been a loyal customer for 6.5 years and have seen Shopkeep progress with many improvements over that time, it does occasionally have it's hiccups which are sometimes easy fixes and other times not so easy. With that being said we will move on to Shopkeep customer service (It SUCKS). When issues arise be prepared for a run around. Disgusted

This company would not release my february and march 2020 pos reports because I had past due balance for months they billed me for, even though I told them that my business was temporarily closed due to covid-19. I paid my subscription fees for the months that I am asking for. This company is absolutely disgusting. I have given them thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. The worst service

The worst service! We troubleshoot Alamo every days losing sales, coming disconnected from the cc printer, sales void out after customers leave and every time we call to resolve anything we get a new person who starts us at square one. We have upgraded internet, got new modems, even wrote a handbook for our staff on how to deal with it all because it’s easier than working on the phone with them.
