Shopify Plus has been a great experience so far!
What do you like best? The multi-store feature has allowed us to manage our different stores as we expand internationally, and the ease of theme duplication but with separate product catalogs and content allows us to manage each store just how we want. Also, the dedicated support has been great, being able to just live chat shopify for help whenever we need it. It's a lot more difficult on regular shopify to get a quick response and help, but now it's a lot easier. What do you dislike? ...

A very flexible tool for selling stuff online
What do you like best? We switched to Shopify a few years ago, and recently to Shopify Plus. It's a flexible platform taht has been helping us to grow our business. What do you dislike? By now I would'nt know. Maybe the checkout email notification system should be more customizeable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to have multiple stores is very useful. Same with checkout customization.

Shopify Plus for my home audio business
What do you like best? The ability to find modules and apps to customize the website for our needs. What do you dislike? Some of the rigidness around the e-commerce checkout in that most all the carts are the same What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Shopify Plus Is the best!
What do you like best? What I like the best about Shopify Plus is the fact that they have competitive pricing for larger brands to utilize Shopify and the higher level of support you get. Great Service and a Quality Product
What do you like best? Shopify has amazing support and really great features. We've increased our business a lot on this platform! What do you dislike? It's hard to sort by SKU number and it's hard to see the sizes of our products. We have an enormous catalog with lots of collections and we can't easily sort to see what has sold in each collection. What do you like best? Personal account manager is well worth the additional cost, not to mention being able to modify the checkout template and CSS. What do you dislike? Awesome Experience for Larger Stores
What do you like best? With Plus we can code scripts at cart and checkout which automate our promotions and enhances customer experience. Flow helps us tremendously by helping us automate our operation and Launchpad for big events is a must for scheduling multiple sales at collection, product and even variant level. Fantastic Ecommerce Platform
What do you like best? Intuitive backend system which is easy to learn by our entire ecommerce and wider teams. The ability to test new functionality quickly and cost-effectively. Trading the site is efficient and effective. What do you dislike? There's not a lot I dislike about Shopify Plus.
