THE MULTIPLE WAYS TO BE IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS THRU TEXT, EMAIL MAKES IT SO MUCH EAISER WITH BUSY CUSTOMER AND THE SYSTEM BREAKS DOWN ESTIMATES SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR EVERY TIME What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the GUI and how presentable the whole product is to my customers. Its innovative And with the times unlike so many of its competitors! What do you dislike? Some of the parts integration is clunky, and could use improvement. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the leap, its worthwhile! What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use. Visually pleasing and features work seamlessly with each other

What do you like best? Visually pleasing, very organized and easy to learn. Works with how we do our business What do you dislike? The page not auto-refreshing after a change. Must manual refresh to be updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization with RO's. Able to see completion times and make needed improvements.

Great workflow management solution

What do you like best? Simple to utilize. Instinctive. Felt well-known from the principal use. Imagined and worked by a real retailer. Gives extremely helpful information initially without running a lot of reports. The confused stuff is inherent so the activity is straightforward. Computerized assessments, in RO photographs and recordings, direct messaging among RO and client are altogether worked in which means I set aside cash by dropping other independent administrations.
