"Excellent shop management software"

What do you like best about Shop-Ware? It is modern and intuitive. It is much easier to use, and teach employees how to use than any other software I've ever tried. I also love that it is cloud based. I can pull things up on my phone from anywhere. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? I have no dislikes. "The program is easy to use and makes communication with customers simple."

What do you like best about Shop-Ware? I like that I can easily look up a customer's history. I also like that I can both email and text them information about their cars. The online billing options are good too. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? There really isn't anything I dislike per say. "Best shop management system I have ever used"

What do you like best about Shop-Ware? Very easy to use, has excellent training resources, and the response time from the software development team is amazing. It's almost like they can read my mind as to what needs to be changed and added! What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? We also integrate with 360 Payments and it would be great to be able to have a customer make a parts deposit via text link on an estimate. What do you like best about Shop-Ware? Shop-Ware is built around a modern shop; they are focused on the customer interaction and constant updates and improvements. The community of Shop-Ware users is strong and very helpful. The business seems to be founded and run by shop-owners, and it shows in the details. What do you like best about Shop-Ware? I like the ability to add things in shop ware to fit the things you need to work on regular basics. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? I would say I don't like that this program doesn't automatically download into our ARI system. Recommendations to others considering Shop-Ware: none What problems is Shop-Ware solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not solving any problems with shop-ware because I don't use the system that much.

What do you like best about Shop-Ware? It's easy to use and easy to access. Also, from a manager's position, it's easy to keep track of the workflow. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? What do you like best about Shop-Ware? Shop-Ware is constantly evolving in user-friendly ways - no changes ever make the system confusing, only better. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? What do you like best about Shop-Ware? Shop-Ware is very easy to navigate, both as a shop and as a customer. It's also great with building repair/maintenance service estimates.
