"Excellent shop management software"

What do you like best about Shop-Ware? It is modern and intuitive. It is much easier to use, and teach employees how to use than any other software I've ever tried. I also love that it is cloud based. I can pull things up on my phone from anywhere. What do you dislike about Shop-Ware? I have no dislikes. What do you like best about Shop-Ware? Very easy to use, has excellent training resources, and the response time from the software development team is amazing. I would say I don't like that this program doesn't automatically download into our ARI system.
