What do you like best about ShootProof? Shootproof offers a super clean layout making navigation simple - on the backend and the frontend for users. My favourite part is having preset templates to use when creating a new client gallery. I use this per wedding creating a new custom code for downloads. Amazing system and service

I've had shootproof for a while and when I did my first photoshoot I was quite simply out of my depth with how to provide my customer with what she wanted to order. I upgraded to a paid account and found there is loads of information in the help sections but I had no time to take learning it all. Recent changes = major glitches, can’t contact by phone

The company has changed a lot of things on their website without working out all the kinks first. Any good company fully tests major changes BEFORE going live with them. There’s MAJOR glitches that have to be worked around in order to simply complete a task, and not all the options are available due to whatever technical issues they’ve not yet solved. Loosing revenue thanks to ShootProof

Because of ShootProof’s endless refusal to ad 3D-secure payment to your Braintree payment option DESPITE their promise to do so. My customers now has started to complain about PayPall’s ‘create account’ demand to be able to pay, and the very long And difficult process this is!This means that I am now loosing customers and therefore revenue thanks to ShootProof!When is your 3D-secure payment going to work????Add stripe as a payment option then, just do something to help out one of your loyal ...

DONT SIGN UP!

DONT SIGN UP! They promised to be ready with 3D-secure payment in EU by January 2021. They were not!!! And they are not even close to being helpful with a fast solution. So now my customers can’t pay and my business are on the breaking point because of this. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM, they don’t deserve it!!! They literally don’t want to help!

"Shoot proof makes proofing with my clients easy"

What do you like best about ShootProof? I love the ease of uploading my images setting my own price sheet and being able to see when my client logs in to check their images. They also save their favorites which allows me to build albums and print packages easily. What do you dislike about ShootProof? ShootProof more than “just” galleries

I use ShootProof for more than “just” gallery hosting of my photos. From invoicing to emails and archiving of wedding galleries, shootproof is an amazing resource for my business. Galleries are easy to create, the user Interface is user friendly to make invoices, and credit card processing is now a joy. Thanks for the great service.
