Makes things so much easier!

What do you like best? The ease of being able to track our teams expenses. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of right now. Any issues that I had, the support team was right on fixing the problem. So at this time, we are extremely happy with this app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem we are solving is being able to track our teams expenses as we have employees that are in satellite offices. It make it easy to ...

It helps me process my reimbursement requests faster than before.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can have all my travel, and official business expenses reimbursed even if I am not at the office. All I need to do is take a picture of my receipts using my phone and send it to Shoeboxed, who takes charge of sorting and verifying the receipts' details. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The payment status in the platform does not match the figures in my payroll account. It says that the payment has pushed ...

There is no need to feel pressured when filing for tax returns because all receipts are readily available.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our accountant no longer feels pressured when working on our business taxes. She can access all year to date receipts by logging into our Shoeboxed corporate account. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I find it inconvenient to mail the receipts for scanning, so I ask someone to do it. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I am happy that all my paperwork, including the receipts, ...

It makes it easy to account for our expenses.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use this to expedite the refund of employee expenses. It's also easy to transfer cash to local accounts without having to go through banks. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The previous version of the application is not that user-friendly than what we are currently using. Having a more organized UI makes a big difference in terms of user experience. What specific problems in your company were solved by ...

Fetch Review

What do you like best? Ease with which I can submit things. How I can do it all from my phone. What do you dislike? My only frustration is that is that is shows as "paid" in the app when it actually hasn't fully gone through to my bank account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting expenses easily and more efficiently

Very useful low cost expense management

What do you like best? I work at a university. Our workflow has been based on paper receipts. Fetch is a low cost tool for digitizing receipts. It does not integrate with our university system but that's ok. It gets the job done. What do you dislike? The image capture interface was a little confusing. I lost some of my images the first time I used it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplifying the expense workflow for my ...

Frequent traveler, new user

What do you like best? that fetch captures images of receipts - no more taping receipts to a piece of paper and making copies! What do you dislike? The frequently used options don't autofill as easily as I'd like Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Much faster submission of expense reports.

It's a super easy app to get expenses coded and into our accounting system.

What do you like best? I like the ease and quickness of getting receipts recorded. There isn't any lag time from my app to our accounting manager. What do you dislike? Unless I am missing something, I don't see a way to split a receipt into more than one cost center. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We get receipts recorded and coded quickly and easily, which makes the preparation of financial statements more efficient.

Saving Trees and Less Missing Receipt Forms

What do you like best? I can take a picture and turn in my receipt immediately - no throwing it my purse and hoping I remember to turn it into the office! It makes life so much easier. What do you dislike? I dislike that the reimburse button is always auto selected. For my company, we have company cards and are not reimbursed. Remembering to always switch that field is a pain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a short cut. ...
