What do you like best? I use Shippo almost more than FedEx. I think it's a great way to ship items at a discounted rate. Those prices are superb especially for those just starting a business. I also save a lot of money on colored ink by not printing as many shipping labels. What do you dislike? What could be improved is customer support. Shippo helps a lot to make shipping processes easier!

What do you like best? The platform is user friendly. I don't have to go through all shipping companies to check the rate, I can find the most convenient one by clicking on only one button. Pain in the ass

Pain in the ass. Worst choice Ebay has made. The site will return errors without giving details, then when you want to ship with Canada Post it tells you DHL cannot export the label. 10/10 would kill myself before using again.

contact options are terrible - no chat help for an online service :(

the product is ok, but contact options are terrible. there is no online chat or phone number, if you have an urgent query like your account is on hold due to the stupid credit card renew not working [you get no pre-warning that your credit card is about to expire - just an alert once it is already too late!], you just gotta send an email then sit and wait [24 hours now] while your packages go nowhere :(

Decent but not the best

What do you like best? I liked that it gave customers 24/7 tracking and estimated dates because it saves customers from reaching out and asking for a delivery date. What do you dislike? They are the worst company i have delt…

They are the worst company i have delt with yet! They sent me an invoice for 93$ and charged 122$ to my card! Second time in a month they have done this.
