Shipmonk Account Reps are the BEST
Mary Kirst seamlessly took over our account earlier this year and has been a huge help with all things Shipmonk. We have figured out many bugs in the system together. She has always been super prompt and helpful when it comes to tickets we submit and any new projects we are working on. Dana Martin has also been a great help to Snif. Whenever we have issues our go to is Marcia Garcia. Unlike other Shipmonk representatives, Marcia will take time to understand our issues and will go extra mile to assist us and eventually solving our concerns. She is great in explaining things.
