Loved working with Robert and Shipmonk!
Robert was so wonderful and warm, and his check-ins about our project were helpful and not at all pushy. I really appreciated his demeanor, and he gave me all the information I needed right off the bat, complete with notes and visual guides that made it easy to conceptualize the process. While our needs changed and we didn't end up moving forward with the project, it was not because of any lapse of help on Shipmonk's end. Easy Set Up, Automated Fulfillment
Easy of set up on Shopify and offers automated fulfillment. Likely good for any established business that needs to save time on fulfilling orders.

Shipmonk is a great software platform…
Shipmonk is a great software platform and we've had an awesome experience thus far using them as our 3PL. Their support team really ensures you're looked after and their communication is strong. Would absolutely recommend working with them!

ShipMonk has been a really great partner with excellent customer service. Like everywhere, last year with the pandemic and then a blow out November/December, and then lingering effects of COVID-19 there were several unavoidable issues and delays but it is very clear ShipMonk had the leadership and strategy on how to come out of it and put in a lot of new tactics to make sure they are in a better position next year.
