What do you like best about ShipHawk? It does so many things, from multiple carriers and LTL to packing algorithms and rating rules, ShipHawk performs well and is versatile enough to handle an array of different business needs. Adding their bundle to NS made implementing fairly easy.

What do you like best about ShipHawk? The overall customer support experience has been an enormous help. They are always available to help out with any problems you may have. Other competitors will sometimes not respond for days.

What do you like best about ShipHawk? I like the fact that the WMS and Shipping system are integrated into one system. For me this makes working on inventory and shipping out items that much easier. Especially when within the system, there is no lag between live inventory availble to ship where as other systems have a 15 minute update into the ERP.

What do you like best about ShipHawk? ShipHawk was able to integrate with our WMS software which allowed us to remove many manual processes. In the distribution world seconds are important and there are other shipping programs that don't allow that automation forcing us to enter information redundantly.

What do you like best about ShipHawk? We love the master pack system. After initial setup of the system, Shiphawk now populates order weights within a 1/4 of a pound, eliminating the need to weigh each order. We basically just verify the ship-to address, click and ship. The system is easy to learn, very user friendly. Anyone can figure out how to use Shiphawk.

What do you like best about ShipHawk? The way it integrates with other e-commerce platforms is what I like the best in Ship Hawk. The smooth transition among tabs and an excellent user interface add to it. The document generation feature also comes in very handy.
