"Not a good fit for us BUT incredibly helpful and honesst"
What do you like best about ShipHawk? They were not a good fit for us due to some tertiary issues but Justin was incredibly helpful in steering me the right direction, offering advice on some pitfalls to avoid and even reached out to a competitor with an intro. This is my first foray into SaaS shopping and am truthfully in over my head so his guidance was invaluable.

"Good Shipping Solution for multichannel companies"
What do you like best about ShipHawk? What i like most is the rate shop and that you are able to do rules for any shipping carrier and conditions, it has the smart packing and address validation wich saves you money and time

"ShipHawk is a great consolidated solution for WMS and Shipping"
What do you like best about ShipHawk? I like the fact that the WMS and Shipping system are integrated into one system. For me this makes working on inventory and shipping out items that much easier. Especially when within the system, there is no lag between live inventory availble to ship where as other systems have a 15 minute update into the ERP.

"Excellent Shipping & Order Management Tool"
What do you like best about ShipHawk? ShipHawk was able to integrate with our WMS software which allowed us to remove many manual processes. In the distribution world seconds are important and there are other shipping programs that don't allow that automation forcing us to enter information redundantly.

"Good new shipping software"
What do you like best about ShipHawk? Ease of use... the software is intuitive and easy to navigate, thus easy to write SOPs for and easy to train new employees with. The search bar is very helpful for all needs when you dont have 100% of the info.
