"Not a good fit for us BUT incredibly helpful and honesst"

What do you like best about ShipHawk? They were not a good fit for us due to some tertiary issues but Justin was incredibly helpful in steering me the right direction, offering advice on some pitfalls to avoid and even reached out to a competitor with an intro. This is my first foray into SaaS shopping and am truthfully in over my head so his guidance was invaluable.
