I would rather write out my checks on paper

I would rather write out my checks on paper & type in a credit card. This is the most inefficient system I have ever used. I cannot stress how much I hate this system. I am a bartender and I can make 5-10 drinks while standing @ the register “writing my novel” because of all the modifiers that don’t even pertain to my item . You are “held hostage” while running a credit card because u can’t do anything else at the register at this time. I have to hit “no receipt” a million times because ...

Excellent Service

Jorge has been very helpful since day one with Shift4. We are utilizing the SkyTab POS system at our busy pediatrics office. Jorge came into our office & walked us through every detail & was there to answer our calls when we had questions at the beginning. It’s been working great for our office. Small business switch - well worth it

We made the switch for our small business about 6 months ago. The service we received has been night and day compared to Square or Toast. We have access to real, local people for help and support whenever issues arise. The savings our business has received from the lower fees has also finally put us ahead after 3 years of struggling to make ends meet. So glad we made the switch!

DO NOT USE SHIFT4

My restaurant and bar was with PosiTouch before it was bought by shift4. I went from being 99% happy with Positouch, I can now confidently say that percentage is at 0%. They have dropped the ball so many times. The most recent was when they updated my computer that runs all the terminals, they did not transfer over any of my reports and when I got a routine audit, I was not able to pull any of my sales reports.
