We have owned and operated a brick and mortar “mom and pop” shop in middle America for over 25 years and there is NOTHING more annoying than the endless sales calls wanting me to switch cc companies, etc- but Mary Robert’s gave us a call one day and absolutely convinced us to switch. Mary has been a great parter to work with. She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.

From the beginning of the process Richard was amazing. Made sure I understood everything and what my options were. Helped me find the best program for our family owned Auto Repair facility and saved me so much money from our previous processing company. Wish I found him sooner!

In this day and age, it is getting harder and harder to run a small "brick and mortar" retail business. It seems that a lot of emphasis is going into online businesses. Needless to say with managing staff and inventory, it is important for us to have a credit card processing service that we can rely on and trust.
