What do you like best about Shelf? The support from Shelf at every step during the RFP, to their support during the procurement and implementation has been outstanding. The high level of support was certainly a factor in choosing Shelf over other solutions. Some of Shelf's features that stood out are their integration capabilities, agent assist feature that pushed content to agents based on the content of the tickets, the different content types such as wiki, FAQ and decision tree articles ...

What do you like best about Shelf? The search feature on Shelf is my favorite feature. Similar to doing a web search, you can type in a key word into a search bar and easily find the information you are looking for in just a few seconds.
