What do you like best about Shelf? The support from Shelf at every step during the RFP, to their support during the procurement and implementation has been outstanding. The high level of support was certainly a factor in choosing Shelf over other solutions. What do you like best about Shelf? It's easy to add content. It also easy to find content. Both use keywords or a document tree. It's a great resource to my company.

What do you like best about Shelf? The search feature on Shelf is my favorite feature. Similar to doing a web search, you can type in a key word into a search bar and easily find the information you are looking for in just a few seconds.

What do you like best about Shelf? The ability to seamlessly search and filter on documents that we're looking for is definitely the best feature. The admin features and insight reports are also super useful for promoting growth, content maintainance, and up-to-date documents.
