What do you like best about ShareVault? The interface is pretty streamlined and straightforward What do you dislike about ShareVault? Tags and permissions can be a bit confusing What problems is ShareVault solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing sensitive/confidential data with external collaborators in a controlled and secure manner.

What do you like best about ShareVault? I like that the watermark is dynamic and adjusts to whoever is viewing the documents. It's also great that we can have multiple data rooms! What do you dislike about ShareVault? Collaboration on docs isn't as intuitive and users want to be able to comment and collaborate on documents. What problems is ShareVault solving and how is that benefiting you? We are preventing sensitive documents from being forwarded, printed, or downloaded.

"User interface is easy although upload and filing system is cumbersome"

What do you like best about ShareVault? Easy to navigate, manage users, limit permissions and overall useability once data room is set up. What do you dislike about ShareVault? Tags are not entirely intuitive and relatedly when uploading/ deleting files one must understand how tagging works or else you have "lost" items. What problems is ShareVault solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing files with external parties in a controlled and documented manner. Also a good repository for items.

What do you like best about ShareVault? I love the flexibility with creating users and groups and being able to specify the roles for each. We have a lot of instances where certain users are set up to be contributors, while others are only set up to be reviewers. This is important since not all staff levels should have the same access to the system.
