I was confused by my capital gain %…
I was confused by my capital gain % number since first purchase for a particular stock - it didn't appear correct. I reached out to the team, Ricky asked a couple of questions to understand the problem and gave a clear explanation as to why the numbers were showing as they were (an annualized return vs a cumulative return). Very helpful :)

Sharesight is money well spent
Sharesight is a great way to manage your foreign shareholdings....I used to maintain all sorts of records for exchange rate movements and dividend payments all of which are no longer necessary. Completing my tax return for foreign investments is also really easy

Love being able to hit a button anytime…

I recently upgraded to Investor Level
I recently upgraded to Investor Level, bringing in a second portfolio. I needed help to bring my shares over, and Ricky couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all done in a timely manner. So far, I couldn't be happier! And I imagine tax time will be a breeze, as well as being able to see how my portfolio is performing at any time.

The connectivity with Sharesies
The connectivity with Sharesies. The format. The ease of navigation. The ability to use your reports to compile my own tax returns without need for a 3rd party to whom I would have to pay a fee. A very reasonable yearly subscription for the service/reporting standard I require

Swift, accurate and professional responses every time!
Roshan was incredibly helpful and his email responses were swift, accurate and professional in all communication. Even though there needed to be some complicated manual adjustments to transfer data to Sharesight, his instructions were easy to understand and guided me efficiently. Very impressed.
