I dislike the costing for an individual investor who HAS to have multiple portfolios but I cannot sync cash accounts with other portfolios because they're in differing currencies. Whats the point of separating into multiple portfolios if i cant use all the features of my main portfolio.

Desktop excellent, Mobile Useless

Desktop version is excellent; mobile app is pointless. Have continued to give feedback to sharesight that they really need to spend a bit more time on mobile (as this is where most would review their portfolio on the go), but feedback goes into a black hole

Excellent platform, minor improvements possible.

Sharesight is a very good platform that makes it much easier to get reports on your portfolio automatically. Some minor areas for improvement include, the starter plan allowing not more than 20 share holdings to be displayed on the dashboard, and clearer privacy/security information for any documents you upload to their server.

I started with the free version.

I started with the free version for a year and then decided to upgrade to the yearly paid subscription to add all my investment holdings and have my accountant access for end-of-year tax records. This has made my life and time better.

What works

What works. Works well. However, sadly, a feed from ASB Securities for my transactions doesn’t work and I have to do things manually. Also dividends are a constant problem

Tax reporting and integration with Xero

The tax report is a saving grace as my trading tool does not provide it in any such detail. Love the other reports on realised and unrealised gains & losses. And also the integration with Xero saves a lot of manual work. Magic of integration just the way I like it.
