ShareFile is a secure solution for file sharing

What do you like best? Sharefile allows a good integration with office. Its shared system for electronic signatures is excellent for contracts, confidentiality agreements and other documents in a totally secure and legally binding way. What do you dislike? Not really any better than Google Drive

What do you like best? The website has a clean and easy to organize interface. What do you dislike? The customer support is awful and will call you at 6am the day after you have an issue and keep calling at 6am for days straight even after the problem is solved. The program itself is really nothing special and could just as easily be accomplished with Google Drive or Dropbox. Its not a terrible system its just truly nothing special. Functional but not outstanding

What do you like best? my two favorite features are the desktop plug in and the ability for sharefile to save versions of the same file name in a history log. this makes it easy to return to previous versions if you had accidentally overwritten a file without saving under a new name What do you dislike? arduous to add new users to a file. many times the online system does not keep your contacts saved. the upload/request files links are clunky and not intuitive Recommendations to ...

Good solution, terrible support

What do you like best? Overall, I like Sharefile. As a file storage solution it works fairly well. I like the web interface as well and the ability to store unlimited backup copies and previous versions is a big plus. What do you dislike? The transition from Sharefile Drivemapper to Citrix Files was less than smooth. Citrix Files has a tendency to disconnect or log out the users and require logging back in. The customer service is abysmal. I emailed for support and never heard back. ...

This is great solution for sending files

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that I can upload huge files and send them directly to others and they can easily download it. As a client I found this tool extremely easy to use because all it requires is a click of a link and download a the file without the need of going through logging into FTP sites. Perfect cloud based storage solution

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the Outlook plugin feature! I can automatically convert files that are large into ShareFile links. I can request files from others ho do not have cloud storage or ftp site solution. The UI is smooth, clean and intuitive on every device, apps and web browser.
