I like most about file sharing is file storage and sharing platform uniquely designed to meet business needs of bushiness.The best part is using mobile app you can even more versatility in how you interact with your files. Easy to share large files but slow at times
What do you like best? Easy to share large documents, can be downloaded as a windows explorer and is very fast in the explorer What do you dislike? Sometimes the web version is too slow and the sync is annoyingly unpredictable if you use windows explorer Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s a good service What problems are you solving with the product? ShareFile is a great, secure file sharing solution
What do you like best? It is HIPAA compliant and you can audit and control your company data as an administrator. What do you dislike? As usual, you must give up a little bit of convenience in favor of better security. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Secure transfers of very large files.

Ease of Use
What do you like best? It is easy to use with Outlook. It protects information and allows for confirmation that someone has accessed the documents you've sent. What do you dislike? At this time I do not have anything I do not like about Sharefile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Protection of documents sent.

Great for small businesses
What do you like best? It is easy to use and great for small businesses to consolidate documents. What do you dislike? The cloud version takes some time to get used to. We use sync now as it looks like the standard MS filing system. We will be switching to Citrix files this Fall. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collectively sharing documents is easy. Sending secured files direct.

Happy - meets our needs
What do you like best? Sharefile has created easy access to documents among multiple partners What do you dislike? I wish you could see a history of who has accessed each document/folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Whenever we need to share files with clients that are too large for email, we upload it to Sharefile.

Great for sharing files with clients
What do you like best? Files can be easily shared and viewed by more that one party without sending via email. You do not have to worry about securing a document and protecting it. You can just upload and it is ready to be viewed and downloaded. What do you dislike? If a link is not shared you may need to find the file.
