I have had almost no problems using the software and whenever I have called, customer service went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met in a timely and patient manner. What do you like best about Shape Software? Saving up the record in shape is simple. If you input any texts into the text field it saves them automatically. On the top left, there's the productivity sidebar where we can add important notes, and get communication details like SMS, email, or phone calls.
