Easily let customers or agents sxhedule appointments
What do you like best? There is so much diversity in the way that you set up Setmore. You can have it open and allow patients/clients to schedule themselves where they can only schedule the appointment. You can also have it password protected for employees, where they are able to have access to schedule, reschedule, remove, or confirm appointments. Automatically manages many of my key appointment processes
What do you like best? Setmore is has a light and whimsical design that makes me feel comfortable when using it. All of the settings and options are placed in an orderly fashion with succinct instructions. I like that we can generate a completely hosted scheduling page that doesn't' require any coding knowledge. A generally efficient online appointment solution
What do you like best? I like that SetMore can sync with my calendar software. That allows me to stay better organized and on top of appointments. It reduces my need to update appointment availability in multiple places, which also reduces errors. For payments, I like using my Stripe account to process payments online. Glitchy
What do you like best? Ease of booking for clients. They can do their bookings online and it is all kept on one calendar. What do you dislike? The app is pretty glitchy and has been for a long time. Great for appointments and some improvements needed for classes
What do you like best? I like that when a client would set an appointment they would instantly receive an email and on that email they have a choice to reschedule or to cancel. This way there is a self-service involved that is convenient for us and the client. I also like the email and text reminder feature. Great appointment system for basic use
What do you like best? I like the setmore/infusionsoft integration What do you dislike? When a contact is imported to infusionsoft from setmore, contact's email is blocked from getting a welcome email. I suppose the free version allows for this to happen. Setmore is a very user friendly and inexpensive to use.
What do you like best? What I like most about the software is that it's free since we have a small business. It also is very user friendly and I can track my sales and services per employee very easily. A good starter for Appointment setting
What do you like best? I like that it makes scheduling easy and keeps all of my sales team focused on what they are best at doing which is sales. What do you dislike?
