Simple but powerful online booking system

We have been looking for a simple booking system to help manage drive up COVID testing. Setmore has been a great solution. After one quick 30 minute call with someone from the company, we were onboarded with the customization we needed. Started using it the next day. We have been very happy with the features and flexibility it provides.

Setmore Customer Service Distinction

Just after setting up or should I say whilst setting up the Freebie account we got a call from Ben (UK based) and he showed us some finite setting up features.He was courteous very knowledgable and of course helpful.Made my inclination to choice Setmore as opposed to other Calendar types apps as spot on.Would highly recommend and with support in the UK what more can you ask for and was even given a 30 day premium trial.BN made the integration to getting the set up right as Safari on the Mac ...

Excellent Product, Service and Support

We will use Setmore to schedule uniform fittings for our school shop. The template was easy to understand, set up, configure and modify to our specifications. I chose Setmore when I compared the options

Having reviewed around ten on-line booking / appointment platforms, I had a look at Setmore. very impressed with the Basic Version. Even more impressed when I asked for some info and had an extremely useful session with Ben Nichols who took me through a demo. Ben answered all my questions and more...without any heavy sales push...so I am going to try out the Premium version

Excellent service and anticipation of my needs

Shocked I tell you. Absolutely floored. After creating an account, I was contacted within 30 minutes and asked if I needed help creating my booking calendar or any other aspect of their program. Even after explaining I was only using the service this one time, I continued to receive excellent service from Bree. Well done!! Customer service like that I thought was extinct!
