Hemalatha was very helpful, patient, and was efficient in answering every one of my concerns. I have spoken to so many people from other industries, and although the auto chat responded, the one on one with Hem was so much better. Fantastic customer service.
I have been looking at booking platforms for my business for a while when I came across Setmore. So nice to have a face to face demonstration without any pressure. Salman was Fabulous! Answered all of my questions was able to show me through the desktop and mobile apps. Was able to see what the clients see when booking. Salman took on board the feedback to pass on about being able to add forms to the bookings page. Great that you can speak to a real person 24/7.

Setmore demo experience with Salman
In the Setmore demo I had recently with Salman, I was impressed by the relaxed and professional way he conducted the onboarding process and setting up the Setmore account seemed straight forward. So far this scheduling software appears to be user friendly and streamlined
