Simple and easy to use

What do you like best? I love the fact that with servman you can use it to sched appts, create jobs, save customer files, upload documents very easily . What do you dislike? the only thing i dislike about servman is when the server is down, its down for awhile. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? communication within my business are problems being solved by being able to write notes and being able to itemize a work order
