***First Service Mechanical was using Service Trade previous to our onboarding with Service Titan. We had a terrible on-boarding experience with Service Trade. After the initial 30 days we had almost no help with any questions or concerns. If we did have questions, the only contact was to text the tech chat box that responded by sending us an article to read. If the article was of no help, we had to find our own work around.
