The ease of use allows us to do a lot of essential tasks with ServiceTitan, including tracking our service pros, input new customer’s data, and take old customer’s files. Great dispatching tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? ServiceTitan helps us stay on top of everything by tracking metrics, phone calls, sales, invoices, and more It also tracks the areas where you can make improvements and how efficient the software is in helping you reach your goals. TERRIBLE initial experience.
Got on the website, only to be met by "Sophia", a BOT. There was no phone number to be found anywhere. "Sophia" was only interested in gathering information about me. Whenever I asked for a telephone number so that i could talk to a sales person about the product, "Sophia" said that she could not understand the request and continued to ask me questions about my company. I left the site because I was getting nowhere and I was finally able to log onto a different Service Titan page that did ...

Pull the Trigger
Service Titan has been great for us and has become a defining part of our business. Definitely worth looking into if you are unhappy or happy with your current dispatch software. It can be overwhelming at first so I'd advise to take your time and ask questions while establishing a relationship with your customer success manager.

The employees are second to none!
There's no question that Service Titan is at the top of the mountain when it comes to Field Service Software. I believe it has everything to do with excellent employees like Rachel Stepowoy. As the new Plumbing Manager at Charlotte Plumbing, Service Titan is fairly new to me. Her kindness patience and understanding with me is appreciated. As a result, I'm a more effective and proficient manager. We could use 3 Rachels! Great job Service Titan! Great job Rachel Stepowoy!

Everything we need and more.
We have had a great experience with Service Titan. As with most, our initial rollout was frustrating at first because we kept trying to force Service Titan to do things our way. Once we took the time to sit down and dedicate the time to learning the way Service Titan was designed to be used we accelerated rapidly. At this point, I couldn't imagine not having access to the features we get with Service Titan and am confident we chose the right tool to help manage our business.
