Extremely user friendly
What do you like best? Ease of work order lookup. Simple to write and email notes. Can be integrated with other facilities software to auto accept orders. What do you dislike? Pauses in service. Sometimes the server gets busy. Need to delete cookies often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent for communication purposes and entering bids
