PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? If you are first- time user, the setting up correctly is straightforward. PM part, Proposal approval and invoice section work without issues. The system is rarely down so it makes it very functional. Support team is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It keeps the repair and maintenance issues organized so client, business and contractors can meet together in a single format and page, getting information of what is going on every time is something that I like and I find it helpful. Extremely user friendly
What do you like best? Ease of work order lookup. Simple to write and email notes. Can be integrated with other facilities software to auto accept orders. What do you dislike? Pauses in service. Sometimes the server gets busy. Need to delete cookies often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent for communication purposes and entering bids
