PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The Service Channel Layout is straightforward to use. The Pro View feature provides full analytic data which is good. The information is formatted and downloadable for providing insights in vast custom reporting. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Organized and efficient great tool for daily usage
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Service Channel is straightforward to use and I like the interaction with account reps. Although I resolve most of the problems by myself, they are always helpful and available, thanks to Jordan Lewis and Paul Lehman. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The communication should be improved. There isn’t screen notification for downtime or service problems. A great idea would be to have a page that would allow the users ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? If you are first- time user, the setting up correctly is straightforward. PM part, Proposal approval and invoice section work without issues. The system is rarely down so it makes it very functional. Support team is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you want to edit any enquiry, the form is long with lots of space so you have to scroll through the screen to find the parts to be ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It keeps the repair and maintenance issues organized so client, business and contractors can meet together in a single format and page, getting information of what is going on every time is something that I like and I find it helpful. SUPER helpful in my day to day
What do you like best? Everything about my job is so much easier with this platform. Mobile access, access to data, transparency What do you dislike? Database can slowdown throughout the day. Recommendations to others considering the product: Manuals or guides for new users What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing budgets. Efficiency
What do you like best? You can keep track of all work orders on one platform. What do you dislike? Some vendors and locations are not using it, hence you have to email/call to make app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The time/date function for work dates can be better so that you can send time/date requests and accept them on the platform instead of trying to sort a time out outside of it.

If you want to lose excellent vendors, use this platform!
What do you like best? There are not any that I am aware of from a Vendor's perspective. What do you dislike? Customer service is absolutely horrific. They treat you like you need them and you FEEL that every time you run into an issue (which is often with their poor platform). Number 1 issue, their customer service is terrible.
