Great Field Management Software

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and the mobile application allowing field techs to work jobs from their mobile devices. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier scheduling of jobs and estimates.

Overall a good fit, could use some work.

What do you like best? The calendar/scheduling is very easy to use with multiple people. I also like that job statuses are customizable to your own needs. The support is also very good; they use the customers' advice and reviews into account and continue to make changes to the program to better serve the customer. What do you dislike? I don't like that the notes on a job are not searchable. We don't use the completion notes because they are not time stamped. We need to know when the notes ...

Fantastic scheduling

What do you like best? Love how nice it is to schedule everything in advance What do you dislike? The ease of rescheduling. It takes multiple click to get to the page to reassign a tech, What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our schedule has become so much more organized! We love being able to categorize the jobs and proceed accordingly

Once setup it is great, love the status

What do you like best? I love all the different options for status, and that I can create my own. You can also add in a substatus which can be very helpful! What do you dislike? It is a bit challenging and overwhelming to get started unless you are starting at the beginning of your business. Importing anything in cannot be completed by the user, you must involve tech support. Unfortunatly, if they make a mistake then you have to clean up the mess. What do you like best? The robustness of Service Fusion's feature set it apart. We enjoy the fact that the developers are constantly updating and adding features to the software.
