What do you like best? The remote access for all members of the sales and operations team in real time plus dispatching and updating immediately for all crew members was fantastic. What do you like best? I like the fact that it makes my job so much easier. The techs have access to all the docs they need at their fingertips. I like that they can upload deliverables right to the platform. What do you dislike? I wish some more funcions

What do you like best? The platform is friendly and intuitive, and I can know where the crew is clocking in and out. What do you dislike? I can't make partial invoicing and it looks like this software doesn't suit really well with long term jobs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dispatching and notify the crew their schedule is now really easy.

Great price, easy to navigate, one stop shop

What do you like best? The office system is seamless and scheduling is easy to do. What do you dislike? The tech app can freeze and not work correctly sometimes making them take longer on a call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made keeping track of calls and customer info, payments so much easier than pen and paper system we were doing before.

Solid program but could use a few added features

What do you like best? Ability to manage crews and schedule work. What do you dislike? There should be a function to hide ex-employees within the workforce management section. Also I wish we could drag a job from one slot to another without it messing up the time and labor report. I would be nice to be able to stretch a job to multible days without having to add site visits. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Crew and job management.
