What do you like best about Sertifi? I love that the system is 99.9% reliable. We use a different system before and it failed on us plenty of times causing major payroll issues. It's user-friendly for both us as the employer and our employees using the system. What do you dislike about Sertifi? I have heard from certain employees that they don't receive a fax cover sheet. What do you like best about Sertifi? We use Sertifi inside Salesforce to have all of our contracts signed electronically. We use custom text box coding in Microsoft Word, convert the contracts to PDF, and simply upload them into Salesforce and send them to our clients to sign online. Their customer support team is top notch and Sertifi will take the time to make sure you are successful with your implementation.
